You’ll take part in structured fitness routines designed to push your body and reset your standards. These sessions aren’t just about physical strength  they’re about building consistency, grit, and resilience through controlled discomfort. Expect daily movement, sweat, and challenge - delivered with purpose.

Real World Leadership and team work challenges

Across the week, you’ll be placed into teams to navigate tasks that test trust, communication, and leadership under pressure. These challenges are designed to simulate real-world decision-making where clarity, collaboration, and calm thinking are essential.

Tactical endurance events 

We incorporate fast-paced, mentally demanding exercises where you must adapt quickly and think critically. Whether it’s a startup jury pitch, a resource management task, or a field navigation scenario, you’ll learn how to assess, plan, and act even when tired, uncertain, or under time pressure.

Resilience lectures, mindset workshops, and start up simulations
